I used a couple of patterned papers from LOTV 'Perfect Pairs' paper pad for the background of this card. The stamped image is also from LOTV which is coloured using Spectrum Noir pencils. I added a couple of die cuts from Tattered Lace dies - the swirl border and heart buttons - to decorate the rest of the card. Finished off by adding some rose buds into the corner.

Merry Christmas
I used the lovely Graphic 45 'T'was the night before Christmas' paper pad for this card. I used one of the patterned papers for the background and cut the Santa image out of another piece to layer on top. The border and sentiment came from the reverse side of the same piece piece of paper. I added some flowers which were made using Sue Wilson's Poinsettia stamps, I coloured them using Barn Door Distress Ink and added a PVA pearl into the center of each flower.

Vintage Santa
My first Christmas card of the year :p I started with a piece of red paper and matted a panel from an old book page onto the top to make the background.
I used Stampendous 'Jumbo Santa' stamp for the main image. I coloured Santa using Promarkers and added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink over the top to give it a vintage kind of look.
I wrapped some string around the card and added a tag sentiment onto the bow. Finally I used Sue Wilson's Poinsettia stamps to make the flower which is coloured using Barn Door Distress Ink.

New Home
The background of this card is made using an Indigo Blu swirl stamp, stamped using Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I added a border strip across the centre made with a small flower stamp, coloured using Promarkers. The main image is from one of the free stamp sets with Creative Stamping magazine which is again coloured with Promarkers. The frame for the topper is from Sue Wilson's Dainty Rectangles die set.
I added a bit of grey Bakers Twine down the left hand side of the card and added a key which is from the same stamp set as the house. I stamped and cut it out then using clear embossing powder over the top to give it a bit more of an embellishment look. Finished off with a sentiment and some Card Candi in the corners of the card.

New Home
I always end up having to make two of each card because my Mum and Nan both ask me for them for family so I've got a couple of new home cards to share.
The background hasn't shown up very well in the photos - it's a brick embossing folder covered over with Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I used the free stamps from the latest issue of Creative stamping magazine for the main image which is coloured using Spectrum Noir pencils.
I added a few flowers made from Dreamees stamps round the frame and finished off with a sentiment.

Love A Cuppa
I've been neglecting my blog since doing revision so I thought I'd share a couple of quick birthday cards I made this week.
Both of these cards are made using Craftwork Cards 'Love A Cuppa' papercraft kit. The top one is just one sheet of the decorative papers, I cut off the bottom section with the cupcakes and made them into a border across the centre of the card. I added a few bits of Card Candi in the top corner and a sentiment in the opposite corner. I used a bit of Stickles Glitter on the top of the cupcakes but it hasn't shown up very well in the photos.
Another quick and simple card. Just a couple of the decorative papers used for the background, one of the toppers in the centre with a sentiment and some flowers added into the corners. The flowers are made from a couple of Dreamees stamp sets.
